Swimming pool
Fenced and open seasonally with lounge chairs and an umbrella table. Residents use it daily from May through September.
Clubhouse
Vaulted ceilings, leather recliners, a pool table, flat-screen TV, full kitchen with bar seating, and a lending library. Good for game night or just getting out of the rig.
Fitness room
Treadmill, elliptical and a multi-station weight machine in a climate-controlled room. No gym membership in town needed.
On-site laundry
Multiple commercial washers and dryers in a clean, air-conditioned room next to the clubhouse.
Covered pavilion
Shaded picnic tables and grills. Residents use it for cookouts, birthdays and Sunday afternoons.
Shade and space
Mature pines and oaks over most sites, grass between pads, and a real yard feel you don't get on a gravel lot.
