How billing works
Rent is due on the first of each month. Residents pay through Campspot by card or bank draft, so there is no cash, Zelle, or Venmo to chase. Electric is read at the end of each month and billed on top of rent at the utility rate. Your monthly rate is locked for the term of your stay.
Weekly and nightly stays
Monthly is our standard, and most of the park is long-term residents. When sites are open we also take weekly and nightly guests, which is common for Big Thicket visitors and contractors on short jobs. Current short-stay pricing is on Campspot.
How Red Cloud compares
